Chris Mauss is a Managing Director and is the global co-head of the Portfolio Management business unit, based in London. He is responsible for the portfolio management of closed-ended funds, segregated mandates and evergreen programs. Prior to joining the portfolio management team, Chris worked 18 years in Private Equity direct investments, mostly focused on lead transactions in the European mid-cap market. At Partners Group he worked on the investments in Cerba Healthcare in France and Laboratoires Serb, where he served on the board of directors. Chris joined Partners Group in 2017 and was previously a Managing Director at Dubai International Capital, where he was responsible for some of the firms' European private equity investments. He holds a master's degree from ESCP Europe in Paris, France.

Oliver Baker is part of the European Private Credit business unit, based in London. He has 14 years of industry experience. He has been with Partners Group since 2014. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked within the leveraged finance divisions of GE Capital and Lloyds Banking Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
